Hanadi Alloush
Hanadi Alloush is a feminist activist and human rights advocate with over 10 years of experience managing development and social programmes, focusing on education, protection, and the empowerment of women and girls in fragile contexts. She currently serves as Programme Director at the Damma Women’s Association in Lebanon, where she leads initiatives promoting education, gender equality, and sustainable peace while engaging women and youth in civic participation and decision-making. Hanadi co-founded grassroots initiatives rooted in justice and citizenship and helped establish family associations for Syria’s forcibly disappeared, in addition to launching advocacy projects that use art and storytelling as tools for social change. She has also worked extensively on social integration and inclusive community-building in refugee-hosting contexts, particularly in Lebanon. Hanadi holds a diploma in Gender-Based Violence from Saint Joseph University, a Bachelor’s in Information Technology, and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from the Lebanese International University
