Labib Ostaif

Labib Ahmad Ostaif is the Financial Director at the Idlib Engineers’ Syndicate. He has more than nine years of professional experience in northern Syria across the humanitarian and civil sectors, with a focus on financial management, operations and operational systems coordination, supply chain management, and project management with local and international organizations, including HCC, SARD, and others.

He has an academic background in Business Administration and Economics. Through his involvement with Madaniya, he focuses on supporting financial management, governance, and institutional compliance, while contributing to policy development and participatory work in support of the network’s objectives.
