Alaa Ammouneh

Operations & HR Manager

Alaa is a humanitarian professional with over a decade of experience managing complex programs in Syria, Turkey, and the UK. She began her career with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent as a first aider, trainer, and child support worker. This experience shaped her ongoing commitment to community care and protection.

Alaa has since led cross-border programs and protection initiatives with organisations such as the International Rescue Committee (IRC) and Basmeh & Zeitooneh, gaining extensive expertise in project management, compliance, and operational systems. At Madaniya, she supports program operations and organisational growth, focusing on clarity, accountability, and impact.
