Montaser Aljundy
Montaser is currently working as a Logistics and Administrative Officer with Madaniya, supporting the day-to-day operations behind events, training, and program activities. Handles logistics and procurement processes and ensures Madaniya’s headquarter is ready and properly equipped for workshops and community activities. Also coordinates with vendors, service providers, and partner organizations to help activities run smoothly and safely.
A mechanical engineer by training, with professional experience in solar energy product development at Go Power! Through design support, testing, and troubleshooting. Earlier engineering experience with Polar Engineering focused on energy recovery systems and sustainability initiatives that supported clients in reducing their CO2 footprint.
Previously worked on the front lines of community support as a Mental Health Worker with PHS Community Services Society, providing crisis intervention, supporting harm reduction approaches for vulnerable community members. Earlier humanitarian work in Lebanon and Syria included project coordination, logistics management, and community engagement with Gharsah Association and Syrian League for Citizenship, with a focus on refugee support, gender equality, and community development.
Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong familiarity with Syrian cultural, social, and political dynamics and a continued commitment to practical, community-centered work that connects technical knowledge with humanitarian impact.
